Keep in mind that many gold buyers use high prices to lure customers in. In reality, they often charge hidden fees and commissions or underpay on the karat to make a profit. We believe in complete transparency and educational testing so you always know exactly what your items are worth.
Must Be A Written Offer
You must present a physical written offer to purchase jewelry from a recognized gold buyer located in the same city. Because gold prices fluctuate constantly throughout the day, the offer must be dated the exact same day you come to our store. The competitor's quote must also be based strictly on the metal value and cannot include the value of any gemstones.
Subject to Our Testing
The offer is always subject to our own in-store testing and the store managers' discretion. If the other gold buyer made a mistake in identifying the karat of a piece, we will not honor the price.
