Every one of our locations has its own story, and our Seattle office is no exception.
This September marks an exciting milestone as our Seattle location celebrates five years of serving the community. Looking around the office today, it’s hard to believe how much has changed since those early days.
When our Seattle location first opened, it was a team of one. Like many new businesses, every customer who walked through the door represented an opportunity to build trust, establish a reputation, and become part of the local community. Within just a few months, that one-person office began to grow. Today, our Seattle team has expanded to seven knowledgeable professionals, all committed to providing the same honest, transparent service that helped build the business from the beginning.
We’re proud of how far we have come, but what matters most is the trust our clients have placed in us over the past five years.
Proud to Serve Seattle’s Crown Hill Community
You’ll find us in Seattle’s Crown Hill neighborhood, nestled between the larger and better-known communities of Ballard and Northgate. While Crown Hill may not always make the visitor guides, it’s exactly the kind of neighborhood we love being part of. It’s welcoming, convenient, and full of local character.
Our office is located on the corner of a neighborhood strip mall, sharing the plaza with the much-loved Santa Fe Mexican restaurant. With free parking surrounding the building and additional parking available across the street at QFC, visiting us is easy whether you’re coming from nearby or making the trip from elsewhere in the Seattle area.
We know that selling valuables can sometimes feel intimidating, so we’ve worked hard to create an environment where customers feel comfortable asking questions and taking their time. Every conversation starts with listening. Every evaluation is explained clearly. And every offer comes with absolutely no pressure to sell.
Experience Makes the Difference
Every item has a story.
Sometimes it’s an inherited wedding ring that’s been tucked away for decades. Other times it’s a collection of silver coins gathered over a lifetime. Occasionally, though, something completely unexpected comes through our doors.
Customers often ask us about the most unusual items we’ve ever evaluated, and over the years we’ve seen some incredible pieces. One memorable item was a solid gold purse complete with a sapphire clasp. Another was a set of 24-karat gold press-on nails purchased from a drag performer. We’ve even evaluated a solid sterling silver golf club.
While these remarkable items certainly make for great conversation, they also highlight something important: there is no such thing as a “typical” day in our business.
Whether an item is unusual, sentimental, or simply valuable, we approach every evaluation with the same care, curiosity, and professionalism.
Knowledge You Can Count On
One of the greatest strengths of our Seattle location is the expertise available to our customers.
Our team is committed to making every visit educational as well as informative, taking the time to explain how precious metals, jewelry, and diamonds are evaluated. Customers never have to wonder how an offer was determined because we’ll happily walk through the process step by step.
For those bringing in diamond jewelry, we’re also fortunate to have an in-house diamond expert available Monday through Friday. Having that specialized knowledge available means customers can receive informed answers and greater confidence when evaluating their jewelry.
Built on Honesty, Patience, and Transparency
If you asked our team to describe the values that guide every customer interaction, three words come up again and again: honesty, patience, and transparency.
Those values shape every part of the experience. Whether someone is selling a single gold chain, liquidating an estate, or simply looking for information, our goal is always the same: to provide straightforward advice, answer questions honestly, and help customers make informed decisions that feel right for them.
As we celebrate five years in Seattle, we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has trusted us with their valuables and their stories. Watching our location grow from one employee to seven has been rewarding, but the relationships we’ve built along the way are what we’re most proud of.
If you’ve never visited our Seattle location, we’d love to welcome you. Whether you’re ready to sell or simply curious about what your items may be worth, our team is always happy to help.
